GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping within the continental US.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered within the time frames we advertise, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and required information. Correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS; however, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available, and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

If a signature requirement is waived, we will not be able to replace a lost package. See below for more information on lost packages. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

If your order's tracking number shows delivered and you did not receive your package, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier takes possession of your order and the tracking number has been scanned, we do not issue credits for packages that are not received. Please ensure your delivery address is a secure location so you can receive your order without the risk of theft.

PRIORITY SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday. We do not issue refunds for packages that do not arrive on time when shipped correctly per the service type purchased.

SUNGLASS CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To clean your sunglasses, wipe them with a microfiber cloth and rinse them in warm water. Dry using a clean, soft, absorbent cloth. Do not use paper-based products to clean your lenses, and avoid abrasive cleaners, soaps, or detergents that may leave a deposit on the lens. Do not leave your sunglasses in high-heat locations for extended periods.

Additionally, please use care when applying sunscreen, as certain types may damage the coating on the frame and lenses. Extended exposure to saltwater can cause the lens coating to peel and separate from the lens base.
