Shipping Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available, and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

If shipping signature required is waived, we will not be able to replace a lost shipping package. See below for more information on lost packages. check your shipping info twice.

If your orders tracking # shows delivered, and you did not receive your package. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier takes possession of your order and tracking # has been scanned we do not issue any credits for any packages that have not been received. Please ensure sure that your delivery address is a secure location so that you can receive your order without the potential of theft.
PRIORITY SHIPPING POLICY
All orders placed over the weekend will ship on the following Monday. We do not issue refunds for packages that do not arrive on time when shipped correctly per the service type paid for.
SUNGLASS CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wipe them with a microfiber cloth to clean your. rinse them in warm water. Dry using a clean, soft, absorbent cloth. Do not use paper-based products to clean your lenses. Do not use abrasive cleaners, soaps or detergents that may leave a deposit on the lens. Do not leave in high heat locations for long periods of time.

Additionally, please use care when using sunscreen as certain types may damage the coating on the frame and lenses. Extended exposure to saltwater can cause the lens coating to peel and separate from the lens base.
