Holiday Returns Extended Through January 31, 2026

To make holiday gifting a little easier, we've extended our return window for the season.

All orders placed between November 24, 2025 and December 31, 2025 are eligible for returns or exchanges through January 31, 2026.

That means more time for gifts to be wrapped, shipped, tried on, and loved-without the pressure of our standard 30-day window.

Here's how it works

  • Eligible order dates: Any order placed from 11/24/25-12/31/25 qualifies for our extended holiday return window.
  • Return deadline: You'll have until 01/31/26 to send eligible items back for a refund or exchange.
  • Same easy process: Start your return using the link above, pack items in their original condition with tags attached, and send them back using the carrier of your choice.
  • Standard conditions still apply: Items must be unworn, in original condition, and meet all other requirements in our standard return policy.
  • Orders placed outside of this holiday window will follow our regular 30-day returns policy.

We know a lot of I-SEA sunnies are bought as gifts. This extended window gives you and your crew:

  • More time to swap sizes or styles after the holidays
  • Flexibility if your gift-giving happens later in December
  • Extra peace of mind when you're checking out

We get it—sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we give you a full 30 days from the day your order ships to decide if you're keeping it or sending it back.

How It Works

  • Step 1: Changed your mind? No worries. Start your return or exchange here:

  • Step 2: Pack up your items in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Step 3: Ship them back to us using the carrier of your choice. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs.

The Fine Print (But Still Easy)

  • 30 days from ship date to send items back
  • You cover the shipping costs. We provide you with a shipping label for all returns. A handling fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit to cover the cost of the return shipping label. You will also have the cost of shipping the initial order deducted from your refund. The shipping label is generated once you submit your return in the link above.
  • Free shipping orders: If your order qualified for free shipping, we'll deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
  • Original condition required: Items must have tags attached and be unworn.

Return shipping OUTSIDE of the USA (International)

International customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling charges.
