Your privacy matters to us. At I-SEA, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This page allows you to exercise your privacy rights under applicable laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other privacy regulations.

Timeline
You'll receive an acknowledgment of your request within 10 days. We'll fulfill your request (may be extend by an additional 45 days for complex requests with notice) within 45 days.
Request Limits
You may make up to 2 "Right to Know" requests per 12-month period. Delete requests have no frequency limit. We will retain a record of your request for 24 months as required by law.
For California Residents (CCPA)
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

We collect the following categories of personal information:

- Commercial Information: Purchase history, product preferences

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. Authorized agents must:
- Provide written authorization signed by you
- Verify their own identity
- Provide proof of authorization to act on your behalf
- You may still need to verify your identity directly with us
To submit a request as an authorized agent, email info@i-sea.com with:
- Proof of authorization
- The consumer's full name and contact information
- A description of the request being made

FAQs
Is there a fee for making a privacy request?
No, privacy requests are free. However, we may charge a reasonable fee for excessive or manifestly unfounded requests.
Can I make a request for someone else?
Yes, but only as an authorized agent with proper documentation (see Authorized Agents section above).
What if I don't have an account with I-SEA?
You can still make a request. We'll search for your information using the details you provide.
How do I know my request was received?
You'll receive an email confirmation within 10 days of submission.
What information do I need to provide?
At minimum, your name and email address. Additional information helps us locate and verify your data.
Can I update my request after submission?
Yes, reply to your confirmation email or contact privacy@i-sea.com with your request reference number.
