If you are not 100% satisfied with your I-SEA Sunglasses, you can easily return or exchange them within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Return must arrive back to I-SEA within 21 days of order date in order to qualify for a refund. If it arrives back after the 21-day period, we will issue a store credit. Any returns received after 30 days will not be accepted. Returns will be processed within 2-3 weeks of receiving them. All Sale or Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not supply shipping labels or pay for freight to send back your order.

Any order discrepancies or damaged items received must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue & a picture of the sunnies. Send to customerservice@i-sea.com

I-SEA merchandise purchased at boutiques or department stores must be returned to the location it was purchased. Please contact the individual retailer for their return policy. Due to high email volume, we are unable to reply to emails/inquires that do not outline the I-SEA Order # placed on I-SEA.com.

How To Return Your I-SEA Sunglasses

1) Below you will need your email used when placing the order as well as your order #.
2) Print return form and mail your glasses back to us at the address below with tracking and a copy of the return form in the box. *We do not supply shipping labels or pay for freight to send back your order.
3) Returns after 21 days will be converted to store credit. We do not accept products that have been worn, altered.
4) Returns after 30 days are not accepted.

*We highly recommend using a trackable service, so you get full visibility of the whereabouts of your package. We will not be liable for lost return packages that are sent back without tracking to show proof of delivery. We will not be able to process your return if we do not receive your order. All returns must be received back to I-SEA within 21 days of the order date for a refund and no later than 30 days for any exchange or refunds.

3) Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue you a refund via the same payment method (or store credit/exchange) within 14 days. You will receive an email notification when your refund, store credit, or exchange is processed. Refund amount will be for the cost of the product only, shipping fees will not be refunded. Please note: Depending on your issuing bank, your credit may not show until your next billing cycle.
As per our return policy outlined on our website, your return needs to be received back to us within 21 days of your purchase date in order to receive a refund. All order received after 21 days will be issued a store credit.
